Each retailer possesses a distinct vision for their space, that reflects their personality. They want to achieve their sales targets while creating a welcoming and functional environment for customers and employees. Our approach to designing clothing shops involves translating the retailer’s personality into a captivating and distinctive space. To accomplish this, we leverage an extensive range of standardised product lines available through a well-connected network of partners in the region. Additionally, we provide direct support to brands that require 100%-custom design, space, and furniture development, or value engineering work to create a design that aligns with their unique brand identity.

OUR METHOD

Step 1

Focus Question:

What are the brand’s past experiences, in terms of consumer experience and shop management, that need to be corrected and that, if corrected, could result in more opportunities?

UNDERSTANDING

Our approach to outfitting the Clothing sector is based on an understanding of the customer’s explicit expectations, including their aesthetic preferences, desired outcome, budgetary constraints, and expected timeline. Simultaneously, we recognize the importance of identifying and comprehending the hidden needs and potential opportunities within each unique project.

Step 2

Focus Question:

How can I translate the value of a brand and its “point of difference” into a design, layout, and customer experience within a space?

DESIGN

Having understood the value of the brand and its “point of difference”, the design phase involves translating these aspects into a new concept/format design. This co-creation process, developed in close collaboration with the customer, may involve the participation of external consulting and design partners, who specialize in outfitting clothing, leather goods, and shoe shops.

Step 3

Focus Question:

How can I eliminate costs that do not translate into aesthetic/functional quality, longevity, or benefit my customers and consumers?

VALUE ENGINEERING

Value engineering is the pivotal stage of every project, and is when our technical team takes the reins. They propose technical solutions, alternative materials, finishes, and even products from our series catalogs, all with the ultimate aim of meeting your aesthetic and functional expectations, project timelines, and budgetary considerations.

Step 4

Focus Question:

How can I facilitate the on-site installation phase during the previous design and coordination phases, so that it is carried out as efficiently as possible?

LOGISTICS AND INSTALLATION

When we talk about logistics at Gibam, we are referring to the process of organizing and planning production processes and delivery to construction sites. We commence the installation phase by organizing and coordinating all visual materials to assist the on-site assembly teams. These teams can consist of fitters provided by us or, as mutually agreed with the customer, and a combination of local fitters handled on-site by our managers.

Step 6

Focus Question:

How can I help my customer during the installation and subsequent after-sales phases in the most functional and fastest way possible?

ASSISTANCE

Our Customer Care team caters to a wide range of needs, whether that involves providing product information, offering guidance on store installations, assisting with product assembly for both existing and new customers, or providing support for previously purchased items. Please read the terms and conditions on the dedicated page.

ENGINEERING 100%-CUSTOM FASHION FIT-OUTS

Large brands possess distinctive personalities, and every aspect revolving around them, from packaging to communication and physical outlets, must honour and reflect this uniqueness and strength. Value engineering is one of our key strengths. During this phase, our technical team strives to translate a brand-tailored concept design into a project that incorporates solutions that align with the desired aesthetics defined by the designer, while also respecting the investment budget. Our technical team is then tasked with transforming a set of sketches, drafts, and renderings designed by our creative architects into a reality. The outcome is a 100% custom-made design.
